Queen replacement padding come in 3 thicknesses:

1. PLUS - 1.5cm. Perfect for kips, intense floorwork sessions and sensitive knees
2. STANDARD - 1cm. The same thickness in your original kneepads
3. LIGHT - 0.5cm. For light floorwork and a sleeker appearance.
